At Sunlit Sol, I believe that yoga is a practice that can benefit the mind, body, and spirit. I approach yoga as a tool for self-discovery, personal growth, and healing and I want to help others discover this for themselves.
I am a certified and compassionate teacher dedicated to creating a safe and nurturing environment for my students. I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to my classes, and am committed to helping you find ways to move your body safely and get the most out of your practice.
I offer a range of styles of yoga, and can provide private or group instruction to support your practice and deepen your understanding of yoga and yourself. From beginner classes that will challenge your body to quiet classes that will calm your mind, SUP yoga and retreats, there is something for everyone at Sunlit Sol.
I am simply a yogi who is trying to stay happy and healthy and nourish my soul, while trying to help others do the same.
I have been a yoga practioner for almost 10 years and a teacher for 4 years. I bring to the table knowledge, experience, empathy and compassion. We all have a little yogi in us, it's a matter of tapping into it and finding the style that works for your body and mind.
Sunlit Sol offers a mix of yoga styles that compliment each other and provide you with a workout while also helping you get out of your head and inside your body.
